I wanted to go the D&D route with Jolt for today's Inktober prompt. Bit of a Shocking Grasp before tomorrow's Halloween themed illustration. Poem's on my partner's elemental skills. Frightening thing, that. Below is the transcription:
her sweaters charge
her up with lightning,
and when our noses
touch, I feel her power
flow through my face.
we laugh, but I could
kneel to her feet right
there and then.
she's someone who can
conjure up thunderstorms.
