CHILDREN'S WRITING: The Cat in the Six-Foot Beard
A lighthouse keeper struggles to deal with his depression, personified as a black cat. Eventually, he is visited by an orange cat who hisses the depression away. It’s a story about living with depression and how support and love are crucial to overcome them.
Another project that I am currently working on is The Cat in the Six-Foot Beard. A Children's book dealing with the issues of depression counting with the lovely illustrations from Kelley Akers, a close friend and up-and-coming artist.
