INKTOBER 2018: Thunder, Day 27

Art and Poem by Miguel Guerreiro Lourenço

For today's Thunder Inktober prompt I wanted to draw the powerful and once-amnesiac, Great Raven from Hilda! It is an absolutely adorable show! As for the poem, I let myself be influenced by the thunder-bird again! Below is the transcription:

the flap of its wings

brings down glorious thunder,

roaring, blinding white;

a blunder piercing the dark

clouds, lighter than its

taupe feathers. its croak

rakes my skin raw

and wakes up the hair

on my back. the great

raven brings with it

storms and might.
